1. Why do we
need food supplements?
The nutritional value in
today's processed foods has been compromised substantially!
Filling your body with nutrient-poor calories is like filling your
car with watered down gasoline.
Today's foods are nutritionally
lacking for 3 primary reasons:
Farm soils are depleted of nutrients.
Most farmlands are fertilized with only 3 minerals.
Crops are contaminated with pollutants and poisons.
Supplementation is a must
for several reasons:
Our bodies need these nutrients to repair, restore, and, regenerate.
The best treatment of disease is prevention.
Our bodies function at the ability of the nutrition we provide for
it.
2. What are
some things I can do to improve my health?
Cut down on the bleached
products you consume. (sugar and white or bleached wheat and pasta)
Avoid food coloring and pop.
Drink distilled water.
Get plenty of sleep and exercise.
Use natural products to clean your home.
Manage your stress levels.
Communicate your feelings.
Eat “healthy”

3. What kind
of nutrional supplement should I avoid and which type should I take?
There are several types
of supplements. There is only one kind designed for your body. It
has to match what nature provides. Some of these form are:
Phytonutrients/Ionic- This is the right kind of supplement for your
body. This means it comes from a plant source. The plants act as a
filter and “digest” the nutrients for us. This means that
the absorption and utilization is around 98%. Also the liquid form
is better. Pill form can cut down on the amount that can be absorbed.
Chelated Form- This form is slightly better than mineral form and
still will not be easily available to the body for utilization.
Elemental Form- These vitamins are not in a form that is readily available
for absorption and utilization. This means they could pass through
your body with as little as 1-2% being used. Also if you take too
much of this kind it could be harmful because your body can not process
it! That is why there is a warning on the label.
4. Why should
I drink distilled water over the other types?
Distilled water has a negative
charge. Waste in your body has a positive charge and the distilled
water acts like a magnet to flush out the waste in your body. Be careful
of bottled water as it may have high acidity.
5. Why should
I cut down on sugar and white or bleached wheat?
Products that have been
bleached which include white breads and some wheat breads (which are
white in disquise), many pastas, and sugars are all broken down to
sugar when the body processes them. When man bleaches them, they take
out what nature has provided for the good. This new chemically altered
product is now foreign to the body and can act as an anti-nutrient
and use up some of the good things in your body. Also, defective cells
such as cancer cells are metabolized by sugar (not the good kind like
those found in fruits).
